Review, communicate and implement the Project Quality Plan on site.
Develop checklists and inspection test plans for site works.
Review work procedures and material technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the contract's
Quality requirements and the implemented quality system.
Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), when necessary, and communicate quality noncompliance
Issues to the Project Manager.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to stop further recurrence.
Ensure all NCRs are adequately monitored and concerns dealt with effectively and in a timely fashion.
Manage the Site QA/QC Teams.
Coordinate with material testing laboratory for the material testing in accordance to the project requirements
Participate in regular site meetings with the Client and the Client's Representative.
Define applicable Client's requirements to Suppliers and Subcontractors.
Ensure Suppliers and Subcontractors meet the project specified quality requirements.
Manage the quality inspection process of work and materials on site.
Ensure quality records are correctly maintained on site.
Prepare and follow up on quality related snags during hand over.
Implement the Company Quality Management System.
Provide assistance to external agency representatives and coordinate with them during external audits,
Surveillance visits and re-certification audits.
Implement the Company established quality programmes to achieve the set quality objectives and targets.
Manage and facilitate the follow up process on site related actions highlighted in management review
Meetings. Identify training needs and arrange appropriate training on site for various site staff.
Responsible for preparation of inspection documents at every stage of installation and other quality related documents for project acceptance and final handover.
⦁ To ensure all the Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting activities are executed as per the Approved Shop Drawings and in accordance to approved Method Statements.
⦁ Responsible for carrying out Site Inspections for all the Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting related activities at site.
⦁ Responsible to conduct Material Inspections in order to ensure Approved Materials are delivered at site with required documents.
⦁ To ensure that the Site activities and inspections are in accordance with Approved PQP and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
⦁ To perform daily surveillance at site to check and review sub-contractor‘s daily activities are done as per the Approved Specification.
⦁ To issue Violation Reports & Internal NCR’s for any Non-Conformance noticed at site by the Sub-Contractors depending on the severity of Case.
⦁ Ensuring that all Test Reports of approved materials delivered at site are verified to meet the contract requirements.
⦁ Check all testing tools & equipment’s are calibrated and certified before testing.
⦁ To maintain all Quality Records and Logs in an orderly and systematic manner.
⦁ Responsible of Closing of NCR’s issued by the consultants by referring Standards such as ASTM, ASME, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC & ASHRAE.
Execution of work according to Approved Drawings, Project Specifications and Standards
Responsible for mechanical works on site.
Coordinate with various sub contractors at various levels till to hand over the projects.
Involving in QC activities like getting the related material as per approved technical submittals.
Supervision of technicians working on project.
Preparing schedules for commissioning process and implementing in the field & coordinate with all related sub-contractors for smooth functioning of commissioning works.
Frequent site visits to monitor the work progress according to schedules. Forecast project management requirements and take necessary measurements to accomplish the assign task to complete on time without delay of project hand overs.
Study of specifications and same to be coordinated with drawings and approved material submittals
Checking material submittal as per specs. and as per actual requirement also writing general & necessary remarks.
Inspecting the material at site as per approved material submittal
Attending work progress meeting and having skill to discuss and argue for the implementation as per Local standards
Any changes according to site conditions co-ordination with design department to make As-Built Drawings.
Co-ordination with civil and electrical departments.
Checking of the executed work, before inspected by consultant.
Co-ordination with the main contractors QA/QC Engineer and consultant while inspection.
Preparation of R.F.I., Request for Inspection with Approved M.S.S., Material Submittal Sheet
Material management selection and approvals.
Preparation of daily weakly and monthly reports.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure that all the mechanical site works are being carried as per the approved drawings and scope of work.
Co-ordinate with civil and electrical teams to ensure that there shall not be any mismatch during installation works,
Co-ordinate and follow up with design teams for any problem at site.
Prepare a check-list for short fall materials and follow up for its earliest delivery.
Prepare daily reports/weekly reports for the progress of work.
Ensure the work progress as per construction schedule by allotting the useful resources in suitable areas.
Ensure that the works are carried out with safety.
Taking major decisions involving changes in construction due to changes in filed.
Maintain a record of field mark up drawings so as to avoid the mismatch during final as built preparation.
