I2C is an International call centre catering to projects ranging from financial products to health care services. Joined as Customer Response Executive, mostly selling cellular phone schemes, assured credit card packages and home mortgages to US clients.
My responsibilities included sales and marketing activities of my organisation such as setting monthly targets, motivating and co-ordinating the activities of 10-15 sales team. I was also actively involved in recruiting, training sales professional, honing and sharpening their marketing skills.
My role was to convince customers over tele-conversation about the loan schemes that our parent company (ANZ Grindlay’s Bank) offers. Achieved targets in the first month of my joining the firm itself.
Joined as a Trainee- Tele-marketing Executive, Promoted to full fledged Tele-mktg. Exec. Within 6 months. Made outbound calls from a given database. Follow-ups of Prospective Clients and thereby fixing appointments for sales representatives. I was consistent and surpassed my sales targets. I also committed myself so much so that my employer entrusted me total responsibility of the company’s operation during his absence.
