Working in thermal cracker unit. This is designed by Foster Wheeler, USA. Designed to process 1700 TPH feed of VDU bottom. Right now we are processing 1700 TPH vacuum residues. Plant also designed to process 50 per day refinery slop and 200m3 per day sludge .Unit produces higher valuable products like FUEL GAS, LPG, NAPTHA, GAS OIL.
Experiance of 24 hour, 18 hour continue cycle time of coke drum activity of drum change over, liquid heating, vapour heating, steam quenching, water quenching, draining, coke cutting with high pressure water jet (350 kg), handeling of top and bottom cover (Z&Z valve), velan valves etc.

2 2006- 2009 DELAYED COKER UNIT as a Field Operator
RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, JAMNAGAR REFINERY DIVISION.

THERMAL CRACKER UNIT: - ( delayed Coker plant)
Working in world largest thermal cracker unit. This is designed by Foster Wheeler, USA. Designed to process 122 KBPSD VDU bottom. Right now we are processing 165 KBPSD vacuum residues. Plant also designed to process 3000 BPSD refinery slop and 1810 BPSD sludge .unit produces higher valuable products like FUEL GAS, LPG, NAPTHA, GAS OIL.

CRACKING SECTION.
Vacuum bottom is brought to cracking temperature in a fired heater .the cracking reaction does take place in the coke drum following the heater. Where coke taken as product from bottom and cracked vapors rise through the vapor line to the fractionators.
Heater having Box type, Twin cell, and four passes, consisting of a radiant and convection. Having 72 Nos. burners, Induced draft and forced draft fans, Air pre-heaters, Soot blowers and Burner management system (BMS) panel.

FRACTIONATION SECTION.
A distillation column where cracked vapor are separated and withdrawn as different product i.e. Light and heavy gas oil, overhead vapor sent to gas section of unit. Column having 37.4m height, 8.8m diameter, 22 Nos. valve trays and 5 Nos. sieve trays along with 3 Nos. draw off pans.
