• Completely responsible for customers across India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan & Gulf.
• Responding to RFP/RFI/RFQ’s, preparing BOM/BOQ, Solution documents, SOCs in co-ordination with Product teams and ensuring maximum compliance to RFP requirements.
• Influence RFP requirements by early engagement with the customer & sharing feature inputs, explaining the values & benefits.
• Explaining the proposed solution to various stakeholders within customer-Network/Technology teams, Techno-commercial, Business teams (Mobility, Enterprise etc) by way of PPT, White-Board discussions, TCO analysis, case studies etc.
• Working closely with the back-end teams (Product, Project, Delivery, Support) in estimating the overall project costs & getting commitments.
• Preparing the pricing as per the Company/BU policies & input from account teams.
• Sharing the Best Practices(Win analysis) within the APAC & Global teams.
