Responsibilities:
• Identify potential logistic opportunities to execute cost effective trade.
• Look after complete clearance and ensuring movement of shipment within lead time.
• Monitor flight schedules and cargo tracking on various websites.
• Plan prior preparation with respect to carrier's arrival and departures.
• Calculation and payments of Custom.
• Prepare and submitt GD.
• Provide supervision to sub-ordinates in order to get the efficient & effective cargo clearance.
• Official letter drafting and typing.
• Record keeping of documents through proper sorting of files in the folder.
• Handling of Accounts matter.
• Making final bills of shipment cleared.
• Managing database.
