Involved in online maintenance of continuous process plant, regular preventive maintenance jobs, Plant Shutdown & Startup jobs, also Installation, Calibration & Maintenance of Instruments, Fault Diagnosis, Trouble Shooting of control panels, Electronic & Pneumatic instruments such as Transmitters, Controllers, Indicators, Converters, Recorders, Switches and Control Valves.

1. Calibration and Maintenance of field Instruments like Pressure gauges, RTD, Thermocouples, all types of Transmitters (flow, level, pressure, and temperature), Control Values, etc.


2. Erection of Job's and cable laying from Field to PLC through Job's according to the schedule and carry out loop checking is as per the drawings.

3. Erection of field Instruments as per the Hook-up drawings and commissioning of the same.

4. Commissioning and Maintenance of the PLC system with integrated SCADA system.

5. Implementing new control loops in the plants as required.

Preventive Maintainance and Corrective Maintanance of all types of field instruments.

1. Good knowledge to understanding of P&l Diagram, loop drawing, sequence logic, relay logic, electrical diagram and working instruments related to oil & gas gathering & processing plant, gas dehydronization unit, gas compressor, and oil pumping station, water injection plant and wellhead.

2. Having knowledge of industrial safety rules & regulations, using safety instrument, fire fighting equipments, safety precaution, safety permits.

3. Handling the Inspection of the Instruments, having knowledge of preparing the Inspection Reports.

4. Carried out preventive maintenance for Well Heads Instruments and Shut Down Panel (SDP·i00) (ESD/FSD) and Baker Hughes Well head Panel.

5. Calibration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of compressor & Turbine (SOLAR) Instruments which included checking of Solenoid Valves, Pressure Switch, Vibration Probes, Proximeter, Vibration Monitor, RTD's, Thermocouples etc.

6. Carried out preventive maintenance for Fire and gas system, which includes H2S Detector, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detector, UV Detectors, Open path and Closed path Gas Detectors, Halon System, Co2 System, Deluge Valve control loop and Fusible loop system.
