Negotiate and obtain quotations/offers from insurance companies for property, engineering, casualty and liability insurances to UAE and MENA-based companies (mainly for key and new clients) ranging from SMEs to MNCs.
Submit summary of benefits analysis and recommendations to the client based on their requirements. Coordinate and follow up with the client to secure the business and bind the cover with the insurance company. Receives request for policy amendments and submit to the insurance company to reflect same in the insurance cover.
Perform policy and endorsement review prior to proceeding insurance document entry in the system and preparation of client invoice.
Receive, review and submit claim documents to the insurance companies if admissible and follow up for the processing and settlement.
Generate and update monthly reports for new businesses, renewing accounts and claims tracking tool.
Coordinate with the international brokers to issue the policies of the local branches of International companies as per the master insurance policy.
Distribute, monitor and enhance client news through distribution services, online business intelligence gathering via a search engine friendly platform via the internet.
Proofing and editing text. Compiling proof reading reports. Correcting grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and factual inaccuracies. Removing typos and editing reports, white papers, articles and other contents. Organizing text into proper paragraphs and sentence formations.
Background in Medical Insurance Policy processing, including benefit election review against procedures provided by the client from U.S.A. Health Legislation analysis, research and contract document development for Small and Middle Market Business. Comply with the U.S.A. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards as identified within the project environment.
Ensure high quality work products and processes based on all of the audited insurance documents by the Quality Assurance team. Maintain the team and individual quality as stipulated in the Contracts Drafting Service Level Agreement.
Provide coaching to new members of the team and individuals with complex, rush and escalated cases and document recommendations or action plans based on the coaching session occurred.
Provides core training input to supplement information provided by the Training Team to New Hired Contract Analysts.
Coordinate with the management team for audit calibrations, operation changes. Seek process improvements/evaluate and offer viable alternatives.Present and implement operation changes, action plans and process improvements with the team during huddle sessions or weekly roll out.
Proactively work with Operations OICs and Quality Assurance team to analyze and identify any missing or inadequate knowledge domains and plan corrections, controls, performance and consequence management strategies.
Communicate and interact primarily with own Work Group through voice, chat and e-mail support - (Internal and Onshore Contract Analysts).
Performs Inbound and Outbound Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales Calls for internet/fax product thru voice, chat and e-mail communication. This includes walkthrough on how to use the products and product troubleshooting.
Provide billing assistance for clients paying their monthly usage of the product, product reactivation and/or change of billing information.
Records all of the transactions received. Isolate unresolved issues and follow proper escalations procedure. Queue Monitoring, Testing, Documentation, Technical Training and Process Control.
