Maintain the inventory of hand tools and small equipment division within the company. My duties and responsibilities are as follows:
•Control the inventory of tools/equipment and tagging all items for traceability.
•Charge issued tools and equipment to relevant sites and yards.
•Ensure machines have required checks/maintenance after return and charges applied to relevant site.
•Produce reports of all costs corresponding to repairs, profit and loss.
•Work with Plant and equipment maintenance supervisor for spare parts orders and other purchasing requirements for the Plant and Equipment Division.
•Control stock levels of standard items required.
•Control workforce on a daily basis issuing tasks for completion.
•Control the purchasing, delivery and invoice process from suppliers.
•Control certification and routine testing of lifting equipment and measuring devices.
