Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

Develop and implement an annual review process of the Manpower requirements of each department. Leading the Recruitment team, sourcing and interviewing the key positions, manpower planning, JRF approvals, and negotiating with other sources for contractual purposes
Assist in developing an internal communication plan and advise divisions/departments and units.
Provide support in the periodic review, development, and implementation of competitive compensation and grading scales
Review and approve the appropriate Job Descriptions prepared and submitted by the respective Department Heads.
Conducting performance and wage reviews. Monitor the implementation of the annual incentive/bonus schemes Review the summary of employee performance evaluations!
Assist to ensure that employee complaints/grievances are addressed through appropriate processes and that disciplinary processes are conducted promptly, fairly, and in accordance with company policy and labor law. ·
Managing the staff attendance and acting accordingly
Accurately administering the Compensation including monthly payroll and benefits (EOSB, Leave management, business trips, school fees, loans), etc.,
Staff Travel management (Leaves, air tickets, etc., ) approvals, and contractual negotiations
Staff medical insurance (Grading, Addition, Deletion, and Renewals) approvals & Subsidiary payment follow.
Act as an HR advisor whenever subsidiaries require any consultations.
Encouraging the team via team-building activities to be more productive
