Part of head office supply chain team, responsible for Demand planning, Inventory management, Supply planning for specific projects.
Validation of the monthly supply forecast by product family : analysis of the historical sales data and trends and application of the statistical models for each family that will enable to meet sales and service objectives.
Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, marketing product manager, regional sales, to achieve sales and service objectives & regarding the launch of new ranges of products.
Coordination with the sales department in order to propose an overstock list for commercial campaigns, as well as the liquidation of the obsolete stock and slow movers.
Definition of the replenishment system parameters (DRP, MRP with Safety Stock, Standard Delivery Time, ABC matrix)

Part of CIO (Centralize Inventory Optimization) Project which is design to optimize the performance of supply chain at General Mills. A key feature of project CIO is to optimize the level of Inventory while maintaining service level as per company standards.
Provide the optimal finished material inventory targets & Min Max ranges for production planning by incorporating supply chain strategies, product characteristics, seasonality, price tiers, service goals, lead-time.
Work on Inventory Analyst Tool to give recommendation on Inventory level by running what if scenarios to understand the effect while changing various parameters like demand, forecast error, cycle time etc.
Collaborating with the different Stakeholders like LBMs, SPMs, Schedulers, Deployers, Demand planners, Plants.
Project Handled: SKU regionalization, Network optimization, SKU segmentation, Risk projection(casefill) etc.
Identify gaps, create reports, communicate directly with U.S. supply chain partners.
