Role and Responsibilities
• Lead the finance department in all matters & ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records;

Role and Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including the following:
• Finalization of management accounts for the Group (standalone and consolidated);
• Finalization of monthly reporting package to the ultimate parent company;
• General Ledger maintenance and ensuring data integrity;
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable functions;
• Budgeting;
• Cash flow forecasting;
• Bank covenant compliance;
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis; and
• Balance sheet reconciliation process
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports:
• Analysis of new line of business / expansion of existing business into new regions;
• Creation of dashboard reports for costing / pricing of new deals with customers / suppliers; and
• Ensuring feasibility of long term / short term contracts
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles:
• Coordinate and complete annual external and internal audits;
• Provide recommendations for cost savings;
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions;
• Meet financial accounting objectives; and
• Establish and maintain documentary fiscal files and records to document transactions

• Introduction of a synchronized management reporting system for the group;
• Ensured completeness of the rental fleet database along with tagging of other fixed assets;
• Prepared dynamic dashboard reports for senior management;
• Introduction of divisional performance reports (identifying areas such as idle fixed assets and aged stock resulting in excess utilization of resources; and
• Implementation of service module (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains)
