I am handling a team of 20 people of sales executive on a retailer base of 550 outlet of telecommunication outlets, I am taking care of training of sales executive, distribution of company products, roll-out of new schemes, new product launch.
I also have a hands on of launching new business in market .
• Responsible for prepaid distribution business at Khanna city.
• Presently handling 3 Distributors situated at Khanna, ahmedgarh and samralla.
• Has been a part in doubling the gross acquisition and making the brand a competitor in term of numbers.
• Handling a team of 10 salesman, 2 runners and 3 backhand people at distributor end.
• Responsible for providing product training to sales team for achieving the assign target (Gross acquisition), retail expansion and revenue.
• Responsible for providing product knowledge to channel on daily basis.
• Responsible for maintaining the recharge, paper and sim stock.
• Responsible for prepaid distribution business both GSM & CDMA at Karnal city and upcountry.
• Had been a part of Reliance GSM launching and making it market leader in terms of acquisition.
• Prior to this was handling 3 Distributors situated at Karnal, Taraori, and Gharaunda.
• Handled a team of 1 PSR, 9 salesman, 3 runners and 3 backend people at distributor end.
