-Market Analysis: Delivering on going market analysis and assessment of competitors to identify training courses on demand and ensure their availability.
-Operations Responsibilities: Scheduling the training courses (Timings and Venues availability).
-Marketing Responsibilities: Developing and implementing efficient marketing campaigns (Local newspapers / outdoor branding).
-Sales Responsibilities: Managing and following up the sales weekly plan through monitoring the sales team performance and commitment on daily basis. Providing the necessary sales support to conduct new business opportunities.

- Able to do the administrative investigations (legal and financial) and observes the law violations and, public money crimes then writes the necessary suggestions.
- Represents the government and public rights in front of the courts.
- Practices a complementary judicial role by combining the proofs and documents related to the lawsuit and makes administrative investigations and hearing statements and chooses the suitable legal adaptation for the financial crime or violation then writes a full report exhibit to the court.
- Supervises the management of matters related to the general manager of Industrial companies.
- Supervises the control of receipt and payment vouchers, routine documentation, financial registers, pay rolls, incentives and overtime.
- Checks on the accuracy of contracts, tenders, invitation of bids, documentary credits.
- Investigates reason of raw and input materials, wastes, to check standard specifications and indications of performance assessment.
- Inspects annual vacations, sick leaves, time sheet, head office management, incoming and outgoing mail correspondence, and legal relations with other companies.
- Inspects production plans and their respective matters, to analyze and compare production plans on a monthly, annual, and accumulative basis.
- Constructs contracts and their terms and conditions according to the federal labor law number (8) of 1980 and its modifications the law number (12) of 1986.
- Represents the school in front of the labor ministry.

- Clarifies all rights and duties of employees under the rules of federal labor law.
