Receive phone calls, Answer inquiries through Email and Phone calls, Record and File Daily Transaction, List Ads on Different websites manually and using CRM, Checking updates using from developer using Sales Force, Prepare presentation (Video and power point presentation), Send Email to the Clients and Owners, Documentations (Undertaking, Offer Letter, Invoice, Receipt, Contract, Addendum, Cheque Receiving, Transaction Closing), Coordinates with the Clients, Agents and Owners, Follow up Clients, Update Daily Listings, Market Research (Market Value for Leasing and Selling), Update list of availability, Daily Report to the Manager and the Managing Director, Print/Scan Documents, Edit property pictures using Photoshop, Secure the Confidential Details (Bldg. and Unit number).
Encode and File daily transactions, Record and Received goods,
Materials and Documents(Employee reimbursements, Import/Export Documents, Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, Official Receipt and etc.), Create Receipts for local delivery of products, Dispatch Cut Goods, Record Inventory, Daily Report of Inventory, Construct Statement of accounts, Answer phone calls, Assist Employee, Record Employee Profile Updates, File Applications for Government IDs (SSS, TIN, PAGIBIG), Encodes BIR Alpha list, Check daily Attendance, Print/Scan Documents, Send Emails, Assist Sub Contractors and Compute Payroll (Finishing Department, Sub Contractors and Take homes).
