-Lead a team of one recruiter and one account executive and provide them with professional support and advice
-Supervise the functions of recruitment; search for and collect applications of potential candidates for company employment
-Adhere to the recruitment procedures & policy from the stage of receiving the approved job requisitions, the search for the right candidates who match the job description required up to the stage of job joining.

- Schedule and conduct the initial screening phone/ face to face interviews for different business line positions.
- Organize interviews for the approved candidates with the organization's representative.
- Follow up and get the feedback for each step till the end of the recruitment process.
- Contact the eminent names in the market for headhunting and general profiling.
- Approach clients with exceptional profiles proactively.
- Develop the business by approaching new clients.
- Conduct Antal Global Snapshot survey to find the hiring and firing trends in some of the world's most important employment markets.
- Update and deliver daily, weekly and monthly reports for assigned projects to the management team.
