A busy project office supporting delivery teams on the implementation of the enterprise Clinical Information System (CIS). Responsible for managing resources, time and communications. Managing core projects, overall rollout, dress rehearsals, project cutover activities, go-lives and post go-live lessons learned.

•Built the CIS team starting with 7 members reaching to 46
•Lead three major elements of the CIS project
•Cerner Millennium solution
•Technical including electronic and non-electronic data migration, integration and testing
•Planned initial roadmap, rollout & site readiness for 21 health centers including medical, POC devices, end user equipment, infrastructure, staff awareness and adoption and patient awareness
•Organized the project teams and helped establish decision making bodies
•Developed workplans and schedules in alignment with enterprise plans
•Conducted pre-go live dress rehearsals to ensure readiness
•Collected and compiled lessons learned for every implementation and shared with stakeholders

•Monitor and adjust staff workload and productivity
•Completed a rollout of clinical information system and third party systems at a total of 27 primary health care centers

A newly established department that needed operations & procedures definition, workflows, business processes that is efficient. Identified the areas of development, areas of improvement, recommended solutions as per the organizations needs. All done through a collective data analysis.
