•Responsible for obtaining approval for submittals (shop drawings, technical submittals etc.) from Client/Consultant Engineer.

•Studying the project requirements from the architectural drawings, specification and site
visits (if required).
•Selection of appropriate product to comply the specification.
•Techno-commercial co-ordination with principal manufacturing units (viz. Spain, USA,
South Korea, China, and Turkey) for quotes, technical queries and price negotiation.
•Cost estimation for the tender, job on hand and job costing.
•Presents bid to customer, explains cost factors, emphasizing characteristics, such as material quality, performance, durability, and appearance of equipment.
•Negotiating the contracts terms to meet both customer & company needs within set limit.
•Close follow up for finalization of the project.
•Inspects site to verify feasibility of order and recommend changes for more efficient operation.
•Ensure the complete list of materials ordered and delivered on time to meet the project schedule.
•Arranging freight forwarder for the consignment delivery to site.

•Studying the complete scope, terms & conditions of contract upon receiving LPO.
•Appraising project details to support staff highlighting areas relevant to individual and arranging
materials.
•Technical evaluations considering client requirements and floating RFQs to approved manufacturers/ suppliers.
•Scrutinizing the offers after effective negotiation, preparing and releasing contract Agreements /
work orders on suppliers.
•Co-ordinate with suppliers, design department, in charge for timely inspection and to issue dispatch
clearance to suppliers & sub-contractors.
•Raising invoicing and follow up with customer for realization of payment on time.
•Contract Closure for suspended and terminated projects after substantial recovers to organization.
•Assisting sales engineer and project engineer on documentations & factory follow up.

•Technical knowledge in all types of Passenger, Services, Platform, Scissor & Wheel chair lifts
