 Coordinates all operational functionality of the WM Division with other departments/divisions.
 Ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operation of all support departments/divisions in order to deliver the best possible service to the customers.  Customer Satisfaction
Center Support:
 Provide uninterrupted support to all Priority Banking Centres across UAE  Priority Banking Centres are well maintained and running smoothly
Controls
 Ensures effective systems and controls exist, in order to ensure defect free operations  Defect free operations

MIS Reporting:
 Prepares routine statistical reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly, and annually) on the progress/ achievements made and refers it to the Manager.
 Submission of reports in a timely manner.
Training and Development of Staff
 Evaluates performance of staff and plans, designs training and development programs to evaluate their capabilities to meet the required standards of operations.
 Continued availability of well trained and capable staff to handle operational requirements.

 Recommends improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Banking Operations activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers  Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements
