 Handle calls received through the Benefits hot line.
 Screen offers and negotiate price, terms and conditions of the deal to constitute an exclusive offer
 Handle all administrative tasks related to the applied benefits.
 Issue agreement contracts in coordination with direct manager.
 Communicate new benefits to employees by writing announcement summaries with details of the service to be published on the intranet and also by composing SMS announcements of the new service.
 Counsel and advise employees with regards to the benefits provided in terms of suitability, necessity and upgrading, if relevant.
 Review the eligibility of each employee applying to the relevant benefit before proceeding.
 Prepare a comparison portfolio for each benefit to be provided, clarifying the differences between the different offers of the same service, in order to spot the strengths of each offer.
 Maintain a complete filing system; both computerized and manual.
 Process the mobile handsets requests of existing employees along with any service addition requested.
 Produce, when relevant, datasheets of any deductions that would be reflected on the payroll in accordance with the due date agreed upon each month(add)
 Participate in any project assigned to the Benefits Department.
 Handle any additional tasks/activities as per business need.
