Developing procedures such as ( working conditions, absence management, disciplinary condition)
Organizing employees events
Ensure employee’s substitution during vacation leaves, sickness, resignation, marriage, retirement…
Administer the HR information with the collaboration of the IT Department
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Coordinate with the Regional HR Manager for management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety
