• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, banking, forecasting etc.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Perform a variety of advanced financial analysis to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances are maintained.
• Preparation of monthly payroll and pay runs across the entire group, including cash management and movement.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Responsible for creating efficient reporting systems including dashboards and KPI’s.
• Write and submit reports to the Finance Manager on all matters of importance.
• Ensure that employees within finance department including assistants and accountants maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity and control in execution of all daily operations.
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of Finance and Accounting including cost analysis and accounting, bank reconciliation and book keeping, financial statements, treasury and cash flow management.
