Handles SA009, RIW in South of Greater Doha Zones 90 to 95 - Phase 7, PWA project.
Prepare high level cost estimate of proposed project issued by the client to be used for the issuance of new Work Order Instruction (WOI).
Submit cost estimate for new WOI, attend shop meeting, discuss the elements of submitted costs and thereon agree.
Prepare/submit cost impact assessment of all New Items, obtain quotations from Procurement team, conduct shop meeting to justify submitted New Rates.
Prepare and agree Interim Valuations at the agreed dates to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.
Prepare claims for Covid-19, minimum wages, Rainy Season response plan.
Advise/Assist/coordinate with QA/QC team in preparing INR.
Constant meeting with Project Manager and Contract Manager to brief on the bill of quantities, specification and contractual implications of the ongoing projects.
Assign task to other QS of the team, review each task to check the concept, approach and accuracy.
Attend Commercial meeting with GEC/PWA in pursuance to contractual matters for the project.
Prepare/Verify payment certificates of the Subcontractor’s.
Coordinate with Technical Team in pursuant to Shop drawings and As-built Drawings
Prepare/responsible for Final Re-measurement of completed WOI.
Prepare/responsible for the Reconciliation Report for All WOI.
Submit monthly cost status report to the management.
Assigned on site office for Salwa Beach Resort Hotel Building for PWA project.
Manage, scrutinize, supervise, review prepare discrepancies of RFI’s and thereon prepare analysis for variation claim.
Manage, supervise, accountable for Variation Claim of Civil / ID/Architectural works of the project.
Manage, compare and establish documents from IFT-IFC drawings for Civil, ID/Architectural, and General Works, quantify discrepancies, prepare Cost impact assessment, backups, participate in workshop meeting, scrutinize cost and thereon agree for the final value.
Responsible, review and prepare subcontractor’s monthly payments, compare with budget and assess contractual entitlement.
Responsible, review monthly progress data to ensure project payment applications are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsible, justify, prepare analysis, and conduct general cost control of the project.
A License Civil Engineer in Philippines locally, A UPDA Grade A License in Qatar, had work in construction industry for more than 30 years and currently exposed to Quantity Surveying works
