*Lead the store team in all aspects of delivering best coffee experience to every guests
*take overall responsibility for delivering brands standards at all times by ensuring that the store opened/ closed and operated in line with all standards and procedures
*ensure that all relevant audit check, standards, and health and safety checks are implemented and that all necessary remedial action has been taken or issues escalated as required
*Manage the stock and ordering system for food and consumables ensuring that the store has 100% supply of items for the customer
Ensure that all company policies and procedures and procedures are in place to maintain cash and stock security
Communicate all key information to the store team
Deal with and resolve customer complaints in line with company policy/procedures
Ensure effective control of labor and that every team member is deployed in appropriate manner
train and coach and develop team to ensure that they deliver brands standards and a great customer experience
