o Act as a link between IS and various business units, and partner with HR, to ensure that company goals are in alignment.
o Participate and support IS projects by providing advice, guidance on training and change impact. Provide training plans, TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and delivery approach as required.
o Participate in the development and standardization of current and future training applications.
o Participate in the training "roadmap" for medium/long term.

* During this time have been actively involved with a number of SAP implementations and upgrades.

Asia Pacific SAP Customer Service & Planning Team Member at Cryovac Australia Pty Ltd

As a team member within the SAP Rollout team my responsibilities where to implement the global SAP system for the company within our region. Plus assist other regions when requested. This mainly comprised of working on projects from their conception to completion. Main areas of responsibility in these projects were: -

o Participate in the "Cutover" tasks involving the extraction of inventory, sales orders and upload, reconciliation into the new system.
* During this time was involved with 7 SAP implementations within the Asia Pacific region.

Sales / Logistics Coordinator for Holmes Australia at Cryovac Australia Pty Ltd

Reporting to the General Manager of Holmes Australia I was involved and responsible for transitioning this newly acquired business into Cryovac Australia and its business systems. Some of the initial activities included: -
o Design of structure of the Holmes business within the Cryovac business framework.
o Team member of SAP rollout for Holmes Australia & New Zealand.
o Involvement with identifying appropriate 3rd party warehouse providers and customs agents.
* This was supposed to be a short term assignment but I decided to continue in this role. Ongoing activities included: o Responsibility for inventory and the outsourcing of materials.
o Coordinating the sub-contracting of raw materials with 3rd party converters/slitters and tracking quality and progress.
o Working with customers and analyzing their forecasts to ensure availability of product and materials.
