Procurement Manager for 'Second Chance Programme" targeting at-risk Syrian youth. Funded by the Japanese Development Social Fund and with the involvement of the World Bank overseeing the project. The project aims to target 10, 000 beneficiaries over a four year period in both Damascus and Aleppo between the ages of 16-29 who have been without work for two years or more and/or did not complete grade nine. It gets them trained in vocational schools based on in demand skills of the labor market and back into the appropriate work field.
•Created and maintained important relationships for the Ministry in regards to lobby groups, stakeholders and interest groups/individuals.
• Assisted in the organization of Ministerial tours across the province.
