Resolving Customer Queries and Customer Service Requirements
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS in terms of volume of investments sourced in Systematic Investment Plan (SIPs), Systematic Transfer Plan (STPs), Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWPs) and One time Purchases & Maintaining records
Monitoring the Profitability in terms of the Transaction Fee earned
Creating and maintaining master data in the form of MTOD and YTD and reporting the same to the Regional Heads on daily basis
Handling all audit related compliances of the Investment Desk
Master Custodian for the Branch Safe Deposit Lockers
Generating referrals and directing customers to the concerned advisors
