Responsibilities
• Coordinate the implementation of project activities in kilimambogo Region project sites.
• Assist in establishment of collaborations and partnerships among farmers, researchers, GoK, CBO and NGOs.
• Maintain communication between local communities and the National Project Manager.
• Conduct, and supervise sampling of pollinators, records and hand over data to National Project Manager. Assist in organizing workshops/training, and training material for farmers and local communities.

• Assist farmers and local communities in establishment of interventions for pollinator conservation.
• Work closely with farmers and local communities in promotion of best management practices for conservation and management of pollinators in agro ecosystems.
• Promote application of participatory approach in project implementation at all levels.
• Maintain regular communication with the National Project Manager on all issues pertaining to the project.
• Supervise the work of support staff at the STEP sites.
• Any other duty assigned by the National Project Manager
