- Operate mainline machines used in the production of Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) films
and other auxiliary machines such as recycling and overhead crane effectively
- Practice In Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Handle minor mechanical repairs of machineries used in the operation.
- Conduct routinary cleaning and testing of machines for maintenance purposes
- Assist the technical and non-technical staff (helper) with equipment handling and utilization.
- Check accuracy and ensure that all products loaded in the outgoing van are properly documented
- Preparation and control of documents such as : (Lock Out Tag Out) LOTO tag and LOTO map
- Attends to costumer’s needs like printing, scanning and internet use
- Maintains the cleanliness and order of the café
- Processing bills and receiving of cash
- Keep track of product’s specific racks to facilitate efficient tracing of products to be counted.
- Conduct daily physical count of finished products to ensure appropriate level of inventory is still available.
- Encode and reconcile actual goods counted against quantity recorded per Excel file.
- Make daily summary report of finished products counted and reconciled thru MS Excel
- Print summary report and forward copy to Production Planner on a daily basis.
