PROJECT ASSIGNMENT: Barakah Nuclear Power Plant - Physical Protection System (PPS) Project
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project management/construction oversight of the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) 4 x Advanced Power Reactor (APR) - 1400 MW Physical Protection System (PPS) project namely: PPS Marine Barrier System and various PPS Buildings including infrastructure works. Ensure that the Contractor is working to the terms of the Prime contract, meeting the highest safety and quality standards while achieving the schedule progressively. Conduct regular quality inspection as the work progresses. Provide assistance/guidelines and support to contractor, appropriately direct, monitor and control them to ensure compliance in the implementation of all civil, architectural, structural and marine works in preparation for Turnover including punch list. Construction oversight and management of the production and installation of precast concrete elements including but not limited to The Marine barrier precast anchor and sinker blocks, mooring system, caisson/interface units, Sentinnel wall barrier and Guardian gate walls, foundation and barriers for the Owners Controlled Area and Protected Area. Conduct and prepare construction walk down reports. Recommends corrective actions or methods of repair for any deficiency or non-conformance identified in order to ensure work is carried out in an adequate and correct manner. Provide support to the Senior Civil engineer in documentation review including but not limited to Method Statement, Materials Submittal, Technical Query, Inspection and Test Plan. Liaising. Facilitate in the Master punch listing, Site Acceptance, Commissioning and start-up and Final handover of the Marine Barrier scope. Review of the Final Handing over documents of various PPS buildings of the BNPP.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage Earth moving/Site Grading/Infrastructure/ Road/Pavement scope of Braka Nuclear Power Plant Project including at Villages 1 and 2 community. Draw guidelines and plans for the sub-contractor site Engineers for their day to day activities at site. Control/monitor/inspect the quality of delivered materials intended for various works. Plan, organize, direct and monitor the project execution in such a manner that the progress is met as per the drawing/plans, project technical specifications and schedule. Conduct/inspect installation and Hydro Testing for potable water line, sewer line, and fire fighting line. Ensure the implementation observes good quality standard in coordination with the QA/QC team. Ensure all safety precautions are employed in the construction activities & maintained as per the health, safety and environment plan. Review and check documentations submitted by subcontractor, not limited to daily report, quantity measurement for billing/invoice, material receiving report, work plan procedure/method statement/inspection and test plan and request for inspection. Prepare work schedule, accomplishment report, and correspondence related to civil works.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles various Civil/Building/Structural scope of the Saudi Kayan Petrochemcal Plant Polycarbonate Project. Attends regular coordination meeting. Manage the job of the contractors; Draw guidelines and plans for the sub-contractor site Engineers for their day to day activities at site. Monitor/control/inspect the quality of delivered materials intended for the said buildings/structures. Plan, organize, direct and monitor the project execution in such a manner that the progress is met as per the drawing/plans, project technical specifications and schedule. Ensure the implementation observes good quality standard in coordination with the QA/QC team, and all safety precautions are employed in the construction activities & maintained as per the health & safety plan. Review and check documentations submitted by subcontractor, not limited to daily report, quantity measurement for billing/invoice, material receiving report, work plan procedure/method statement/inspection and test plan and request for inspection. Prepares RFI during Pre-Commissioning/Start-up period. Closing of punch lists, handing over documentation works and dealing with client inspectors. Coordinate with different discipline such as instrumentation/electrical, mechanical plumbing/piping/ hvac and equipment’s for interfacing activities and site/area handing over. Liaise with the (PMT) Project Management Team Senior Civil Inspector regarding implementation discrepancies, revision and changes. Prepare drawings and initiate implementation proposals to resolve various issues arising in the project execution. Ensure that the QA/QC section is aware of the day to day activities which require inspection and that the implementation is as per the technical aspects of the projects quality system requirements. Prepare work schedule, bi-weekly progress/accomplishment report. Prepare all technical queries and correspondence related to civil works.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage, organize, and monitor the project execution in such a manner that the progress is met as per the plans, technical specifications and schedule covering civil/architectural/structural works. Systematize different activities and draw guidelines and plans for the sub-contractor site Engineers for their day to day activities at site. Coordinate with different discipline such as instrumentation/electrical, mechanical plumbing/piping/ hvac and equipments for interfacing activities and site/area handing over. Liaise with the (PMT) Project Management Team Senior Civil Inspector regarding implementation discrepancies, revision and changes. Prepare drawings and initiate implementation proposals to resolve various issues arising in the project execution. Ensure the implementation of the health and safety plan in coordination with the safety section and that the workmen follow all safety precautions employed in the construction activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handles and mange the whole civil works operation of Jizan Bulk Plant project. Organize different activities at site and supervise the flow of work. Update main schedule on Primavera. Update monthly schedule and prepare monthly progress/accomplishment report. Prepare the monthly progress invoice (billing) for Bulk Plant project, discuss & finalize with the client. Prepare all technical querries and correspondence related to civil works.
Prepare bar chart schedule of remaining works for monitoring purposes and update the same. Prepare proposal drawings due to changes brought by the actual site condition. Prepare bar bending schedule and bar arrangement for structural steel fixing work. Holds regular internal coordination/progress meeting. Coordinate with inspectors regarding changes in design and approach in implementation. Attends weekly coordination meeting with client and consultants regarding the project progress. Maintain checklist of project's material requirement, equipment and manpower. Liaise with purchaser to ensure that they will be available on time if needed at site. Coordinate activities with other sections such as hvac, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting regarding paralleled activities and work implementation for timely completion. Conducts inspection and preparation of RFI's with complete attachments. Organize, collect/submit QA/QC documents for QVD.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Layout or set out the axes and determine levels of the project using Theodolite and Level machines.
Prepare bar chart master construction schedule, detailed schedule and monthly accomplishment report.
Prepare design proposal of plumbing/drainage system for the said projects as per actual requirement of levels or invert elevations. Manage and organize the daily construction activities at site and monitor the execution that the work is being accomplished as planned. Coordinate with Consultant regarding changes in Structural/Architectural design, draft detailed sketches of said design revisions and other drawings for drafting/ cadd work and implementation. Prepare bar bending schedule and bar arrangement for structural steel fixing work. Holds regular internal meeting to organize different areas and sections of work, monitor progress of work and initiate necessary measures to expedite site work. Attends weekly coordination meeting with client and consultants regarding the project progress. Prepare correspondents to consultant, client and subcontractors, regarding full operation of the project.
Organize and compile QA/QC documents, complete Operations Manual for submission to client as part of the handing over requirements of the project. Prepare quantification intended for tendering and conduct site visit.

Engineering and Maintenance Division
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise ongoing construction of 2 Floor New Out-Patient Clinic and New Recreation Center Buildings respectively and coordinate different activities at site. Review and check shop drawings, schedule, accomplishment report, materials for approval and as-built drawings submitted by contractor. Liaise with hospital different departments regarding their equipment requirement in every specific room for the new clinic.
Prepare design and construct foundation of new 125 Kva Transformer and RMU for the new facilities including indoor and outdoor cable trench /duct work. Assists in the preparation and finalization of Plans, Technical Documents and Bill of Quantities for proposed projects such as Additional 12 Rooms for Education and Research Department, Relocation of Incinerator Plant and Chiller Room and the Proposed 3 Storey Laundry and Engineering Building. Prepare detailed sketches for drafting work. Regular inspection around hospital facilities for any required maintenance works. Hold meetings with OMD-Riyadh Engineers together with Hospital Engineering department team regarding hospital facility improvement and proposed new project.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall in-charge in the production of As-built drawing and shop drawing of the said project.
Conducts site inspection and liaise with different site managers to determine actual problems encountered in the implementation of the construction drawings and then propose revisions to the said drawing as per the actual situation. Discuss the site conditions and situation during regular coordination meeting with Consultants, and PMO Representatives, together with involved managers in our team. Prepares letters, transmittals and other correspondents pertaining to the project operation. Check the works of cadd operators and quantity surveyors and assist them in every detail of work as needed. Conducts regular meeting pertaining to the status and system of works. Coordinates the Final Engineering Design drawing discrepancies with office of foreign and local Consultants.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct Project site survey/inspection with PAG-ASA representative and Japanese counterpart. Prepare report and recommendation regarding actual site condition prior to finalization of construction drawings and implementation. Work on finalization of Master Plan, quantity estimates and shop drawings. Supervise civil work activities on foundation of Antenna Tower, Station Building and other Telecom structures.
Conduct site inspection for as - built drawing purposes.
