Manage and control three store sections (Raw Materials/ Yarn / Spare Parts)

1. Manage and oversee day to day raw materials, yarn and spare parts transactions, housekeeping and order replenishment.
2. Provide the management of the following reports: Consumption Report (Receipts and Issuances), Transfer/ Dispatch Report, Daily Physical available stocks against the system (oracle), Planning Report (against six months usages), Aging Report and Identify the Fast, Normal and Slow moving SKU’s.
3. Ensure and verifying that all incoming raw materials, yarn and spare parts are properly received in the system (Oracle-ERP).
4. Implements 5's in all sections handle including raw materials section, yarn and spare parts..
5. Coordinate to the purchasing department with regards to LPO against the delivery items and follow-up the ETD status.
6. Verify and check the entire receipts, original Invoices, delivery note (if any) and cash bill to the purchasing department partial or complete to be verified against purchase requisition.
7. Maintain a copy of all documents such as material requisition, work order, Invoices, delivery note and etc.
8. Assist, coordinate and update the production department regarding raw materials, yarns and spare parts requirements availability and lead-time status of pending orders.
9. Conduct actual stock taking as per requirement.
10. Conduct random checking of sku’s in all sections.
11. Prepare a report and correct immediately all deviations and un-conformities related to raw materials, yarn and spare parts..
12. Ensure safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the raw materials store, yarn store and spare parts store.
13. Daily update of stocks to the production department.
14. Monitor all the transaction and activities in the night shift operations.
15. Handle the entire plant forklift's (electric & diesel) maintenance work and repair and see to it that all forklifts’ are working properly.
16. Perform other duties as per Supply Chain Manager and Finance and Admin direct.

Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Marketing Managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on brand transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).

Provides assistance to customers on spareparts details and recommends alternates with regards to functionality and use.
Discuss to the customers all relevant technical matters regarding their inquiry to get their approval of order.
