•Reports to general manager but will at all times liaise with production, operation and purchasing managers for the smooth operation of all machinery. Take full ownership and responsibility of the operation of machinery and equipment. Take a proactive approach in ensuring and implementing preventive maintenance and managed efficiently spare parts inventory in coordination with stores.
•Manage the entire facility of the factory.
•Liaise with production manager, operations and planning manager and purchasing manager for any update on machinery operations and status.
•Maintain a strong preventive maintenance program that minimizes repair and replacement costs and maximizes operational time.
•Develop a team of maintenance individuals that embodies the knowledge and skill sets that are required to provide proper maintenance services to the factory.
•Manage the maintenance department in all disciplines of plant operation including machine mechanical repair, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, PLC programming and other electronics discipline.
•Coach, teach and train on skill development of maintenance engineers and technicians.
•Liaise with store manager for the inventory control of spare parts and other maintenance tools and accessories
•Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates reordering.
•Develops and standardize procedures and methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering services.
•Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplishment of work.
•Develop and implement policies, standards and procedure to relevant engineering and technical work and make documents and records of machinery activities, relevant faults analysis and solutions and spare parts to maintain.
• Manage the entire production/ operation of processing and decorative glass.
• Manage fabrication of insulating glass.
• Responsible for production planning.
• Manage the entire factory- production as well as support utilities, i.e. water and electricity.
• Ensure that processing, architectural and decorative production requirements are provided for smooth production flow.
• Delegate job responsibilities to corresponding supervisors to ensure that set parameters and procedures are followed and maintain.
• Coordinate with project coordinators/ managers for supply of required glass to site.
• Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, factory supplies and consumables.
• Recruit operatives required for production and machinery maintenance.
• Motivate production workers to achieve production target with on time delivery and customer’s satisfaction.
• Conduct cross training of operatives to improve skills and knowledge on different processes.
• In-charge of machinery maintenance and spare parts control.
• Responsible for the machinery installation, commissioning and operation and implement procedures to maintain high productivity.
• Ensure that processed glass complies with customer’s requirement and delivered at economical cost.
• Manage transportation scheduling and deliveries of goods as well as supplies to customers and project sites.
• Outsource hired vehicles in the absence of company vehicles.
• Schedule maintenance of vehicles.
• Reporting directly to general manager.
• In charge of production for press and blow process with 90 tons of molten glass/day.
• Directly reporting to production manager.
• Direct supervision and control of press and blow machinery.
• Responsible for the preparation of materials required for processing particular article, modification of molds, machinery, equipment and tools for better efficiency.
• Responsible for machine maintenance in coordination with maintenance manager.
• Stabilizing set-up parameters and setting up procedures.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics for effective supply chain management.
• Maintain records for ISO and other relevant company program, tools and indicators.
• Hands-on participation on installation & commissioning of machinery during the start-up of the plant.
• Diagnose process related issues on other department, recommend / implement process control measures
• Coordinate with production and maintenance to improve productivity with minimal downtime.
• Supervise toughening machine repair and maintenance.
• Stream lining process flow for more efficient productivity.
• Direct control of mirror line process and related production issues.
• In-charge of entire mirror production and operation.
• Implement, control and monitor process measures.
• Ensure that mirror production quality is maintained at economical cost.
• Conduct test and studies for department process improvements with consideration on production, quality and safety.
• Control / monitor raw materials and finished goods warehousing and inventory.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance department for equipment issues and safety.
• Responsible for maintaining chemical stocks at minimum inventory.
• Conduct weekly maintenance with team of operators to ensure quality of mirror is at its best.
• Conduct training of operators in different sections and motivate them as well.

• Conduct preventive maintenance of mirror line machinery and equipment.
• Conduct and supervise test of mirror to ensure best quality.
• Directly supervise heat mirror insulating glass department.
• Directly supervise fabrication or mirage wardrobes: aluminum and wood profiles.
• Responsible for the scheduling of deliveries in coordination with sales.
• Responsible for maintaining chemical stock inventory.
• Perform maintenance and servicing of mirror plant machinery including water treatment plant.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mirror plant machinery.
• Install and commission glass machinery for production use.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and trouble shooting on glass processing machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to other glass machinery and equipment i.e. polishing, beveling, tempering, water pumps, washing machine and other glass related machinery.
