Manifesting the Bill of lading and send verify copy to customer
2 Resolve discrepancies and high-value variances through established investigative processes and in accordance with contractual obligations.
3 Creating the Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) and sending back the same to the Vendor to confirm the shipment is scheduled.
4 Regular updating of the ERP system regarding shipping documents details like invoice, packing list in the ERP system after receiving the same from the clients.
5 Create, implement and update the clients Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
6 Creating PO (Purchase Orders) for port charges & container expenses in SAP.
7 Identifying and confirming the client order requirements by coordinating both internally with various departments as well as with the clients.
8 Preparing the Load & Discharge plan and allotting the same to the concerned department to prepare for the loading & Discharge sheet.
9 Regularly track the shipment details (Equipment tracking) and ensure timely delivery of the containers to the clients.
10 Handling the External communication with the internal customer and the External customer for the queries related to the process. Via Mails and Voice.
11 Liaison with Australia / New Zealand Country Clusters for operational issues & complaints regarding Order Processing and Inland transport
12 Preparing Daily productivity analysis / individual productivity and error analysis of the team and reporting to the Management.
13 Handling the team and keeping the track of their performance as well as updating them about the updates and process change by conducting daily review meeting.
14 Training Junior Officers to handle change in procedures and policies.
