As a Business Team Leader, I am responsible for the entire sales and BD of the organization in GCC.
As Manager (Operations & Business), I am performing dual role in the school. I manage all the business activities of the school, including After school activities, marketing and media relations, food services, procurement, store and expansion projects.
I am also responsible for the School policy development and implementation. Implementing the Six sigma in school management. As the member of the complaints committee, i am responsible to sort all the issues pertaining to School Discipline and transportation services.
Key responsibilities & Initiatives
• Oversee activities directly related to products or providing services.
• Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost Control and Development.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties to all HOD’s and Executives
• Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, Future investments and Projects, and increase efficiency.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
• Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.
• Determine new packages and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
• Representing management in purchase negotiations and in developing contracts with hospitals and other companies.
1) Training and Development of the SPA Staff
2) Preparing the Duty Roaster and assigning the Duties for all the Team Members
3) Developing the training plans for the guests staying in the Hotel.
4) Preparing the daily sales report.
5) Planning and developing the sales and marketing technique to promote SPA among the room guests.

During my College period, i was the Secretary of the Literary Society and also the 4th Rank Holder in the University. Worked as the Medical Assistant of the college. Shown Exemplary leadership in all the College activities and was the caption of College Basketball & Handball team.
