Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services of suppliers.
Printing of Customer Invoice and arranging driver’s delivery schedule for the next day.
Entering of Ordered received items in Quick Book System.
Monitoring of Stock level required and fast moving items.
Securing and maintaining of Hard Copy files of Customer Invoices and Delivery Invoices
Securing of Scanned copy for Customer Invoices as backup records
Secure and packing of Material that to be dispatched for Overseas order.
Arrange booking for material collection through DHL / TNT / ARAMEX.

Setting up Managers travel arrangements and Hotel Bookings.
Following and Maintaining records for Govt. Issues like: Iqama, Baladia and Passports.
Monthly Checking and Controlling the Staff Accommodation issues for both Stores.
Maintaining and initiating the payment for GOSI in a Monthly Basis.
Following Insurance issues and billing with AXA and SAICO.
Setting up transportation arrangement for Visitors and Employees.
Initiating and following Store Training Programs and report to H.O. in a Monthly Basis.
Maintaining Employees Data Base Records.
Assisting Personnel Manager for the Monthly Payroll Process.
Distributing Company’s Internal Memo’s using Electronic Emails at the same time attaching it at the Employee’s Communication Board.
Randomly check and implementing the Stores Company Policies such as standard uniforms and employees attendance.
Replacing Personnel Manager for the Daily Task and full responsible for HR Department during P.M. Leave.
Other duties as assigned.
