• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization’s and HR’s business plan;
• Develop and maintain central landing pages or sites for employee communications & resources;
• Develop communication tools for all employees to facilitate effective inter-department and company-wide communications;
• Responsible for the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive communications plan for Human Resources
• Annually review, edit, and implement Employee Satisfaction / Engagement Survey;
• Prioritize the communication of HR initiatives; and create strategic communications plans for each initiative.
• Create messages and campaigns for HR initiatives, including, management and development, compensation, benefits, recognition, policies, HR information services, employee engagement and culture change
• Draft and distribute communications from the HR team including communications about benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance reviews, training, and HRIS;
• Coordinate with communications representatives from other departments;
• Monitor landing pages or sites’ message boards and discussion threads to ensure professional and appropriate communications and modify/remove comments as needed
• Review Employee Satisfaction / Engagement Survey results and prepare departmental PowerPoint presentations for review with employees;
• Prepare presentations for HR team as needed;
• Prepare communications announcing winners of Employee Recognition Program quarterly;
• Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, clients and staff to gather business requirements and translate them into effective communications strategies and tactics.
• Manage and conduct the HR events and coordinate with all related parties for the success of the event.
• Enhance and update the portal service, look and feel
