*Garbage chute systems.
*Building management systems (BMS).
*Master antenna and satellite systems.
*Audio and video intercom systems as well as cameras systems.
*Central gas systems.
*Air conditioning system (A.C) \[chillers, spilt units, AHU...ets\].
*Study and approval of list of materials, bill of quantities and equipments submittals.
*Revise, checking and approval of contractor's payments.
*Supervision, testing, commissioning and evaluation of systems performance.
*Participate in inspection and checking of new constructed projects for preliminary and final handing over.
*Follow up and supervision of maintenance contractors to carry out the preventive, corrective and regular maintenance works in accordance with the regulations and specifications.
