Conduct research and publish the results in a number of academic conferences and international journals.
Gather and solve business/ user needs and requirements for new systems or new modifications
Perform analysis and programming tasks to develop new applications,
Conduct support for existing systems,
Maintain the web site programs and data uploading,
Administer both Oracle and SQL Server databases for the Program as well as monitor and control user access/privileges.
Coordinate with service providers and IT companies
Solve users incidents/problems
Carry out and monitor periodic backups like daily, weekly and monthly.Systems involved : Lines of credit(LOC, Intra Arab Trading Information Network)
tools : Oracle Database, Oracle Developer, SQL server, MS Access, ASP and HTML
Participate fully on system development life cycle (SDLC) phases: analysis, design & implement, user training for many applications using Oracle database and Oracle tools.
Study and analyze chamber processes to suggest automated solutions and improvements.
Carry out the Integration between many applications like:
- SMS (Short Messages) and HRMS applications.
- HRMS and Finance applications.
- Purchasing and Finance applications.
- Budget control and General Ledger Modules.
Create innovative forms/reports/utilities to achieve unique business needs or to present data on different way.
Supervise the implementation and support Human Resource Management System- HRMS(HR, Payroll, Candidates, Succession Planning, Vacations, ..).
Participate on analysis, design, customize & implement most of the Human Resource Management Modules; the analysis and design the system were made by Oracle Designer/2000, whereas the development was done by Oracle Developer/2000.
Prepare GAP analysis to customize the system accordingly.
Participate on publishing technical and user documentation.
Supervise the implementation and support the HRMS system.
Conduct system presentations and training sessions for many clients.
Applications involved in : ERP HRMS - Human Resource Management System made by Fujitsu Services.
Modules like (Personnel, Leaves, Payroll, Official Missions, Training Courses, Time Attendance, HR Planning, Manpower Budgeting, and Interface with the general ledger), implemented in Sharjah Municipality, Abu Dhabi Chamber of commerce and Thuraya Telecommunications.
-Work with about 20 staff to develop an integrated healthcare information system that works currently in more than 10 hospitals in the middle east.
My main responsibility was focused in programming, implementing, training and supporting this system in two hospitals
-Participate on analysis and programming different business applications using Oracle database and its tools for diffrent clients in Palestine
-Perform Reverse Engineering for many systems using Designer/2000.
-Participate on converting many systems from Text-Mode To GUI-interface.
-Design and implement dynamic graphical reports to Fixed Assets And Budgeting Systems Using Oracle Graphics.
-Conduct many training sessions for systems usage
-Conduct many training courses on programming using Oracle Developer.

Cars And Drivers License: Ministry Of Palestinian Transportation.
- September 2007 – December 2010, Master degree of science in IT Management – Project Management Theme at British University in Dubai - BUiD. The Master degree focused into two disciplines: IT associated with Edinburgh University and Project Management associated with Manchester University, followed by a dissertation. the IT Modules were: Knowledge Management, Web Design focused on XML, Applied Databases and Data Mining and Exploration. Whereas the modules from Project Management were: People and Culture, Cost and Value Management , Strategy and Performance Management and IT Project Management.
