- I created the national distribution plan at the time of startup the company for daily delivery of shipments in 54 centers located in all county and cities in Romania.
- Analysis, improvement of domestic distribution and methods of containerization to meet times of departure / arrival of shipments in all distribution centers and the fit between the hours 6:30 p.m. to
8:30.
- Management of distribution department consists of 98 employees, forming hierarchical structure and forms of reporting, empowering and motivating the employees.
- Analyzing and improving processing times in hubs traz the semalisticii, the signage, proper respect towards the flow of goods set. Cost efficiency by introducing conveyors, racks and tables for sorting and sloping areas reweighed.
