In addition to my responsibilities as the Acting Director of the Knowledge Administration, below were my responsibilities as the Associate Relations Manager:
Responsible for end-to-end contract management of all virtual associate (part time Faculty).
Managed virtual communications with associates.
Developed an associate contracting automation system.
Established a creative associate’s online e-community portal, providing e-networking opportunities to engage and update the associates with various activities and other academic nature matters.
Built, lead and directed four Sections (Customer Relationship Management, Intellectual Knowledge Management, Associates Relationship Management, and Administrative Support & Logistics Management).
Managed and monitored the performance of all University Councils.
Monitored the performance of the University call center.
Lead the process of identifying, and establishing proper mechanisms to collect, maintain, transfer and update the institutional/organizational knowledge.
Created a data and knowledge repository for all HBMSU knowledge assets.
Guided the Development of policies, procedures, guidelines, and portals for the newly established sections.

Guided the gathering and establishment of the CRM database that contains all customer information.
