- Key point for creating digital graphic requirements.
- Updation of Company website every month and season. - Design, adapt, work with brands & other departments according to their requirements.
- Create & develop digital assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign
- Responsible for PR Kits, PR Reports and marketing updates.
- Coordination / Sourcing of suppliers for POS and all the other print requirements - Responsible for all in store POS, artworks, vehicle brandings, mall brandings and preparation of print files ready for prodcution.
- Supplier negotiation - Assist to all marketing events and activities.
- Creation of sale/promotion mailers and newletters.
-Labels and Packaging & New Product Design (NPD). Responsible for existing and new labels in Europe. Concepts for new product packaging.
-Adapting of Multi language labels - responsible for applying multi languages in 1 label with technical specifications and required standards from printer. Has to coordinate with printer for accurate results.
-Booths for Exhibitions - dealing with stands and booth for our exhibitions in Europe.
-POSM and Branding - creating fresh concepts of POSM artworks for our marketing activities in Europe and conceptualization of an effective branding. Also dealing other types of advertising media like billboards, wall brandings, fleet brandings, etc.
-Responsible to web maintenance.
-Lay out to all the promotional and advertising banners, flyers, leaflets and all print ads.
-Designs all the greeting cards.
-Doing multi tasking job. Responsible for T-shirt print designs and Visual merchandising. Also responsible for flyers, posters and banners.

-Concept and Management of Designs. Responsible for making concepts, checking and approval of designs before printing.
-Designing new concepts and latest trends that are sellable in the market.
-Responsible for the training of provisionary employees.
-Design Greeting Cards for different market groups (Germany, USA, and some parts in Asia.)
-Manage and Supervise. Reviews and corrects the designs of other artist.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the fashion accessory designs that are being exported around the world. (Around Asia, Europe, U.S)
- Bead and Component Designer. Creates all the bead-works, components and raw materials that are needed for the assembly of the exported products.
- Designs Bags, Sandals and Hair Accessories.
- Designs Novelty Items (wind chimes, ashtray, pencil cases, jewelry boxes, note boards, letter opener, bookmarks, decor items, hand mirrors, key chains, pencil holders and coin purses.)
- Facilitates and Supervise. (Facilitates and supervise the sample makers upon the assembly of the designs.)
- Trains and supervise other accessory designers.
- Lay-outs and Designs the booth. (For trade shows in Manila, Hong Kong, Italy and Paris)

The BFA major in Advertising Arts (BFA-ADVART) program provides knowledge and practical skills to students in areas of art management, creative writing, information design and advertising. It aims to produce graduates, who are competent and are well-trained for the leadership and competition in the local and global industry of advertising and artistic production.
