• Strategic sourcing of services, materials, and commodities that may involve market research, procurement due diligence, customer utilization analysis, requirements and scope development.
• Development of strategic plans to identify and source alternative materials providing equivalent or superior performance with same or decreased cost.
• Develop, administer, and negotiate supply agreements/contracts, manage supplier relations, and performance to ensure all identified agreements are upheld.

• Coordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaigns.
• Acting as liaisons between the media, suppliers, and clients.
• Start a company Newsletter to be distributed internally and externally.
• Continuously updating the company website with news, stories, etc.
• Prepare and managing the designs in the company's ads (Directory - ad campaigns - mailing) to push and promote according to marketing mix.
• Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions.
• Interface with customers, management, co-workers and vendors, on contracts, contract support and administration.
• Prepare estimates, proposals and bids, including vendor pricing, coordination with necessary departments and management, utilizing company estimating system and process.
• Prepare strategies for each potential project and follow.
• Assist in developing customer presentations on product services and conduct presentations. Make customer presentations.
• Obtain bid results on all projects.
• Transfer sold project data into project management system.
• Support Project Management team’s efforts to manage sold projects.
• Travel up to 60%of the time.
• Perform site surveys as necessary when dealing with existing site conditions that warrant a survey.
• Attend pre-bid conferences, job-site and customer meetings.
• Plan and track project schedules and equipment deliveries, as necessary.
• Collect market data as required.
• Maintain files of active, pending and sold projects.
• Perform other job functions as assigned.
Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and supply chain
Level 2 CIPS Certificate in procurement and supply operations
Professional International Certificate in Marketing.
Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management.
