-August 2016 - Present: Optimiza-CCC Co.- Jordan-Amman - Low Current Engineer, my work scope within the Mega Project department is:
- Projects Management.
- Managing design, quotation issuing, estimation, and projects work flow.
- Supervising Personnel at Sites.
- Preparing offers and sales technical support.
- Design, installation, commissioning, programming, and handing over.
- Reports Directly to Mega Projects Team leader
- Installation and supervision of installation and programming CCTV CAM's, IP CAM's.
- Installation and supervision of installation and programming time attendance and access control systems.
- Installation Hand Punches system.
- Sites survey and project planning.
- Develops projects objectives by reviewing projects proposals and plans.
- Prepares proposals based on customers requirements and standard.
- Negotiation sales contracts, finalize sales agreement and ensures timely.
- maintains projects schedules by monitoring project prgress
Providing remote support for the clients on LAN, WLAN within agreed SLA.
Resolves customers complaints and problems, escalates issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed.
Provide Prestige customers with technical support and troubleshoot internet regarding issues.

Performs all duties assigned by the team leader and supervisor.
Follows the appropriate guidelines and procedures for any given situation.
-my work scope within the technical department is:
1-Installation and supervision of installation and Programming of Siemens PBX portfolio (small, medium and large enterprise).
2-Installation and supervision of installation and Programming of CCTV CAM's, IP CAM's, Audio amplifier system, time attendance system and access control systems.
3-Installing, Programming, maintaining and supporting communication networks.
4-Project managements in different sites in Jordan.

➢ Home Controlling System with Voice Feedback
The main idea of this project is to design a PIC micro controller based system that allows the user to use the regular mobile phone to control his home.
At first the user should pick up the mobile phone, and then dial the number of the home mobile which will automatically answer after five seconds, and then the system will ask the caller for a 4 digits password so it can unlock the control menu, the user can use the mobile key pad to switch on or off any loads.
