• Prepare progressive billings per project
• Review of Project Agreements, Bill of Quantities & Variations
• Company registration, Preparation & Filing of VAT Returns & Payables
• Monitoring of Receivables from Clients, Payables for Subcontractors & Expenses
• Issuance of Tax Invoices to Clients & Local Purchase Orders from Subcontractors /
Suppliers
• Accounts & bank reconciliations, Petty Cash, WPS/Payroll, Bank Transactions

Handle financial reports of group of companies (perfume & abaya retail,
manufacturing, distribution & customization)
• Inventory monitoring and maintenance
• Audit of daily sales and POS receipts
• Logistics (receiving and dispatching of items locally and internationally)
• Bank reconciliation, intercompany balances, sales, and different accounts
reconciliation
• Audit requirements and schedules preparation for all subsidiaries/companies
• Assistance, whenever required, to all company reporting/ updating as deemed
necessary
• Staff reliever on Sales Department as deemed necessary
