Postdoctoral position at American University of Beirut and Weill Cornell Medical College, Qatar: My work is in three proposals:
- The zinc chelator TPEN is a selective inducer of oxidative stress and apoptosis in human colon cancer cells.
- TPEN induces DNA damage in human colon cancer cells: Role of Chk1/2 and DNA-PK.
- Investigating the Efficacy of Combining Thymoquinone with Clinical Drugs to enhance cell death in adult T-cell Leukemia.
Application specialist of Flow Cytometry (Sales machines and applications) at SARAMED S.A.L Beirut- supplier of the BD Biosciences, during this period I was trained on the technical and scientific support and sales communication and network. I conduct a several workshops for eventual customers, participate in the business plan growing, holding the coordination between integrate the sales representatives, scientific department and the customers.
My work has included the development of methods of recognition between sugars and receivers in order to identify specific receptors for carbohydrate entities.
