Department chair- Music and Art
Music teacher: Middle and High school.
Currently working on developing a Music curriculum for next academic year. Most of the work has been done for the first draft, the scope and sequence of the curriculum will cover all topics needed and related to the assessment criteria and standards. Also the rubrics for each unit and their lesson plans.
Teaching music Grades 6-10.
Worked on developing the Music curriculum aligned with MYP standards. Also offered training for new staff to implement the standards in their teaching and through lesson plans.
AOI ( Area of Interaction leader): Human Ingenuity.(2009-2010): In this post of responsibility I offered training and workshops for staff to integrate their teaching with this area of interaction, and working closely with HODs to revise and make sure that all curriculum maps have this area and other areas of interaction.
Grade nine leader. (2010-2011): this is an administrative position where I could monitor students’ life in the school and their academic progress.
Grade ten leader (2011-2012): This post is an administrative position where I could monitor students’ life in the school and their academic progress.
Personal Project Coordinator (2011-2012): For IBMYP year five students, I offered workshops for students and their supervisors on how to implement the standards on students’ projects. At the end of the year I organize an exhibition to display all projects to be seen by parents and visitors.
Instrumental Tuition program coordinator. (2008-2012): Offering afterschool instrumental lessons for students to learn their favorite musical instruments. At the end of the year, all participants will perform on stage in concert.

Developing the music curriculum for all stages within the three departments (Music, Art, and Drama).
