- Sustain high level operational status of technology services, manage daily Service Desk tickets requests performed by Technology Services team, scheduled comprehensive reporting to direct management, manage strategic plans, projects, tasks to be delivered on timely mannered.
- Leads projects and provides vision and technical direction to oversee and ensure prompt completion of projects, producing project charter/master plan document, defining project WBS, define project activates, presenting and communicating grant charts, communication planning, determining project budget, plan risk management, direct and manage project execution with quality assurance, project monitoring and control processes, project closing and UAT.
- Monitors network performance, baseline usage statistics, problems tickets and prepares reports on all areas of network LAN & WAN operations.

- Determines requirements, designs, orders, and schedules all data communications projects.
- Schedules and directs all equipment installation and troubleshooting tasks performed by network staff; reviews outstanding trouble tickets and other problem reports to direct and prioritize staff; orders all equipment and supplies to support network projects.

- Defines staff training requirements and schedules education, cross-training, policy and procedure review; directs the creation and update of operational and troubleshooting procedures.
- Directs selected product research and supports other technology and evaluation projects; provides technical and operational support in all areas.

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computing
