 Managing medical insurance for the bank staff as single point of contact between bank staff and insurance provider
 Examining processes, coordinating with insurance provider for staff daily medical reimbursement claims & settlement. Taking prior approvals from the insurance on behalf of staff for their inpatient treatment within or outside UAE.

 Coordinating with staff for any shortfall raised by insurance provider for maximum utilization of the eligible limit.
 Debiting & crediting staff accounts on shortfalls, vouchers and settlement.

The Nostro Reconciliation team is a part of Global Finance Operations and provides support to the Financial Control Department (Core Finance) of Hong Kong and its subsidiary, “The Hang Seng bank”.
