the specified time on both Technijet & flow Europa waterjet machines.
Regular checkups for any leakage, amount of abrasive, & cleaning of
the machine maintaining the quality of cutting by visual inspection,
Adjusting the feed & speed of the machine. Taking accurate dimensions
by meters & caliper for the exact finishing. Using of software like
Autocad, CASmate, Flowmaster, Flowpath, Solidworkz. maintaining daily
checklist for waterjet machines and log book for the finished projects.

programming the cnc machine. Regular usage of softwares like Autocad,
Logotag, Magic tool for programming and cutting workpieces. Interaction
with customers & designing their drawings in Autocad according to
customer requirements.
Servicing & maintenance of Ashok Leyland diesel
power Generators ranging from 5KVA to 2500KVA with Stamford
Alternator.Monitoring periodic service and AMC reports & attending the
general checkups. Doing major complaints like engine overhauling &
alternator coupling works
Operate effluent flow, maintaining PH level, sludge processing,
Thickener holding tank, clarifier A&B and R.O skids monitoring in ETP plant.
Monitor control panels and adjusts valves gates manually to regulate flow of
Effluent.Maintain log of operations and records meter gauge readings.
