• Facilitate confirmation of registrations and related tasks for courses.
• Follow-up receipt of Course Participants Details with early registered participants, or participants of • Website courses.
• Address queries and requests received from customers via email and phone call.
• Monitor the work status.
• Monitor all urgent and pending tasks & work orders, and liaise with concerned departments to facilitate
• required actions.
• Turn over copies of the enquiries received to Training Officer for encoding in the Enquiry Database.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all enquiries, work orders and related documents.
• Prepare and print related enquiries from the Enquiry Database and turn over the same to the Course.
• Coordinator prior to the marketing date of our courses.
• Plot and update the status of the courses on the Daily Status Sheet on a daily basis.
• Log enquiries received on the enquiry monitoring file and submit updated reports to the Training Manager.
• Request for certified data from IT for marketed courses
• Report problems or any other elements which may affect the performance of work or delays in the job
• Participate in weekly meetings and give feedback on the areas of improvement
• Communicate important or urgent issues directly to the General Manager & Training Manager.
• Perform any other activities assigned by the bosses.
