Planning &Warehousing Section Head (June 2008 - Current ):-
In Alfanar Electrical System company (AES), Cables Factory
Basic Function:- :-
• Follow up all the receiving activities from suppliers (Raw materials & Spare parts) and all the issuing activities to the production lines in the factories.
- Lead and manage the warehousing function, defining, developing and implementing warehousing plans, policies and procedures, under the direction of department manager, that meet the business needs of planar
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of warehousing activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
- Guide, motivate and develop subordinates to work together as a team and display high levels of performance
- Overseeing stock control and processing orders
- Organizing the training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Briefing direct manager on a daily basis
- Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancy on daily basis and justify all variances between system and physical inventory in a timely manner
- Oversee physical and cycle counts programs to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor accurate system inventory level records vs. physical inventory
• Pervious planning responsibilities
-Responsible to all cycle of customer order starting of receiving the job order up to deliver the order as a finished good to customer
-Make the monthly plan for the factory and load the machines
- Follow up daily for the productivity of machines and finished good qty.
- Using ERP system (SAP) in my daily work
- Directs the activities of production planning and control
-Troubleshooter for daily problems to avoid any delay in the plan
-Monitor and control the warehousing stock
